This qualification prepares you for taking up a role within the community services sector as a community service worker who designs and delivers person-centred support services to individuals and groups. The support could include advocacy or interventions to individual clients, groups or communities across a range of services. This course will qualify you to work within a community development framework, plan and conduct group activities, and work with people from diverse backgrounds.
